Welcome to Fremont Unified School District's online enrollment process for new students entering preschool through 12th grade.  Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

To begin, click the “Enroll A New Student” button. You will be directed to create a username and password which will enable you to also log in at a later time if you do not complete the enrollment process in one session. 

Please note: this enrollment system is not the same as Aeries Parent Portal. Therefore, if you have an Aeries Parent Portal Account the log in credentials will not work on this site. If you have not previously enrolled any of your children in Fremont Unified using this Aeries system you will need to set up a new account.

For current year enrollment (2024-2025 -immediate start) please select 2024-2025 for the enrollment year. 

For 2025-2026 enrollment (August 2025 start), please select "Pre Enrollment".

If you have multiple children to enroll, after you complete and submit the application for this child you will go back to your account and click the "Enroll A New Student" button to complete the application for the next student. Repeat the process until you have submitted applications for each child.

Important: During this enrollment process, your address will be verified by our system. If your address is not found, please contact sss@fusdk12.net. They will verify your address and ensure the system is updated so you may continue with the on-line enrollment process.

Once you click the "Finish and Submit" button you will be directed to schedule an appointment for a virtual meeting to finalize the enrollment. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CHILD'S SEAT IS NOT SECURED UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE VIRTUAL MEETING.
